Adele may have left London and moved across the pond to settle in Los Angeles, but she’s still a Brit at heart.

But where does the superstar go when she’s in town?

The singer revealed there are still some London classics she loves in Vogue’s long-running video series 73 Questions .

We all learned that she loves a shop at M&S, even though her local was Tesco.

When it comes to fine dining, Adele spares no expense, saying her favourite restaurant in the city is Kai Mayfair.

Kai is a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant that has won accolades including the Best Chinese Restaurant in London, according to Harden’s Restaurant Guide. It was also the Highest Ranked Chinese Restaurant in the UK twice by The Sunday Times.

So what can you expect when you go to Kai?

Adele’s fave restaurant doesn’t come cheap, serving a Black Pepper Wagyu Beef for a whopping £128.

A Roasted Peking Duck in Two Courses will set you back £98, their Thinly Sliced Gunma Wagyu costs £85, and they even have a dessert named after an American TV show legend.

Oprah’s Contradiction is a sharing dessert combining the best elements of their four puds into a single dish, which will cost you £48.

Their menu reads: “Oprah once said, ‘You can have it all. You just can’t have it all at once.’”

However, it’s not just their food that’s got an eye-watering price tag.

A bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus from Pomerol costs a massive £8950.

But Adele is also a fan of a classic London boozer too, especially the dog-friendly Walmer Castle in Notting Hill.

The pub encourages patrons to bring their four-legged friends with them.

You’ll find a selection of sushi on the menu, including California maki rolls, tuna sashimi, and nigiri.

They also serve dishes like oysters for starters, the Craigellachie Burger, and a Lobster Burger for mains.

The Walmer Castle also has a penchant for spirits, so you’ll find their very own Copper Dog whisky served at the bar and incorporated into their food too.
