HOLLYOAKS and Emmerdale’s Rob Norbury quit fame to launch a chain of restaurants.
The soap hunk – who played Riley Costello between 2010 and 2012 – appears to have thrown in the acting towel as he works on a series of successful eateries.
Rob has three bars and restaurants located in Oldham with rumoured plans to open more down the line.
An insider told The Sun Online: “Rob doesn’t seem to have any desire to return to acting with the restaurants doing so well.
“He’s thinking about opening more pubs down the line.”
The star owns Muse Bar and Restaurant, which serves small plates, as well as European and Japanese dishes.
The Farrars Arms: a traditional boozer showing sports and selling pies, pizzas and beer.
Then there’s Slyce, a pizza joint with a much more jazzy decor than the rest.
Rob’s character Riley was hugely popular in Hollyoaks.
Throughout his time in the town, he got engaged to Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe), before getting involved in a love triagne with his wife and his father.

Riley also watched his mum die after being accidentally murdered by his dad.
He eventually bowed out in 2012, after his character was shot by local gangster Brendan Brady (Emmett Scalan).
Rob later returned as bad boy Leon in ITV soap Emmerdale as a drayman delivering booze to the Woolpack.
During his time, he caught the eye of Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) but she ended up rejecting him.
