Lauren Goodger has revealed her baby girl Larose is home from hospital after battling a ‘severe illness.’
The 35-year-old took to Instagram to share the news with fans about four-month-old Larose, saying that her daughter was much better, and thanked fans for their support.
‘Just wanted to say thank you for the 1000s of DMs. They are beautiful and I’m so grateful for your support on these hard times with a lot going on,’ she said. ‘I spent 3 days in hospital with my little princess. Mummy always has been and always will be by your side every day! We are home now and she is so much better.
‘I love you more than anything in the world! Not long until your first Christmas, this is me and you now my angel.. love you xxx’
Her now-ex Charles Drury, 24, shared a picture of himself and Larose in response, and wrote: ‘Daddy has & always will be here for you when I’m allowed to be my princess.’
The Towie star had been sharing updates of her daughter ever since she became ill, and said: ‘She caught some sort of virus or infection… It’s been the hardest two days of my life. Me and @charlesdrury1 have been with her, swapping to be with her.’
‘So hard to watch your daughter be in hospital with tubes, drips, canula, especially being held down. It has broken my heart.’
After Lauren previously posted saying that Larose was thankfully ‘on the mend’ with she and Charles were taking it in turns to be with their daughter in hospital; he then posted on Instagram that they had split up just months after welcoming their daughter.
The couple had been dating since October 2020 and she welcomed Larose in July last year.
‘Only going to post this once. Me and Lauren have decided to go our separate ways. Things must remain civil for the sake of our daughter. Lauren is a great mum so when it comes to Larose we both have her best interests at heart so she will still see us both,’ he said.
In response, Lauren said she was unhappy Charles had decided to bring up the split when their daughter was so ill.
‘I apologise for Charlie talking about our relationship status right now as our daughter is very ill and this is the least of my worries,’ she said on Instagram.
‘I do not wish to comment on the situation at this time as there is much more to it but my priority is getting my daughter better. My baby girl is the most important thing to me right now, shame I can’t say that about others.’
