Binky Felstead has revealed the meaning of her son Wulfric’s unique name, after giving birth to her second child.
The Made In Chelsea star and her fiancé Max Darnton announced the arrival of their first child together on Sunday, giving us a glimpse at the newborn on Instagram.
Alongside a string of snaps from her hospital bed, where she could be seen cuddling the little one, the mum-of-two unveiled his full name of Wulfric Alexander Fredrik Darnton, which is a nod to his Scandinavian heritage.
‘The newest member of our very happy family,’ she wrote. ‘He will be known as Wolfie (unless he’s naughty then it’s definitely “Wulfric!” again).
‘We love the name as it touches on his Scandinavian heritage as well as having other meaningful links, that are very close to us.
‘His big sister already adores him and yes – he’s most definitely a keeper.
‘Massive thank you for all your gorgeous messages.’
Binky, real name Alexandra Felstead, concluded the post by announcing a series of videos sharing the ‘build up’ to Wolfie’s birth – including moments of her labour.
Fans couldn’t get over the adorable moniker, flooding the post with congratulatory messages.
‘Amazing name, hope you have a good recovery. Lots of love to you all,’ an Instagram user replied.
‘I love the name,’ another agreed. ‘Absolutely beautiful mummy and baby xxx.’
‘Welcome to the world Wolfie! What a fabulous name,’ a follower commented.
One added: ‘Beautiful pic and original wonderful name xxx.’
Binky is already mum to daughter India, from a previous relationship with Josh Patterson.
The E4 star announced Wolfie’s arrival on Instagram, and shared how much her children were already bonding.
‘India meeting her baby brother for the first time! She was especially happy with the dolls house he bought her (which she asked for when he was in my tummy),’ she wrote.
‘Such a special moment. Love my family.’
Binky and Max started confirmed their relationship in 2019, following her split from Joshua.
They took their romance up a notch last year when they moved in together, with Max getting down on one knee in September.
