Fortunately, Primark specialises in cost-effective bits that look great, and one of their most recent posts is no exception.

The photo, which was captioned: “Yep, needing these @rebecca_handley Boots £20/€23/$25 #Primark #regram,” has racked up over 14,000 likes in less than 24 hours.

Suffice it to say in true Primark fashion, the comments section descended into chaos.

One fan wrote: “These are so comfortable, warm & lightweight.”

Another sees these bad boys as something people rock on the other side of the Atlantic.

They said: “These are New York boots.”

A third went berserk and started begging people in the comments to cough up for them.

“If you go can you get me some of these please,” they said.

And a fourth morphed into a stylist.

“I think these are very you @roman_and_rocco apologies if you disagree”. At least they were polite about it.

Another great thing about these boots is that they look like the £180 Ugg version. Both pairs have a neutral colourway, a rubber sole and military vibes – although the Primark version has laces.

So you could look like you’re doing the Milan fashion week, when in fact you’ve only coughed up a mere £20.
