One of the characters competing in The Masked Dancer was Beagle.
The canine character appeared in a shearling jacket and long brown leather boots.
But the Beagle fell short of making Saturday’s final as he was unmasked on Thursday.
And fans found out that it was Christopher Dean underneath the costume.
Dean, 62, proved he can dance on a stage just as well as he can on the ice with skating partner Jayne Torvill.

Beagle was revealed to be someone who loves a competition with clues including “first pair of boots”, “book of trees” & “flying planes”.
The McFly star was tipped to be Beagle[/caption]
Davina guessed that McFly star Harry Judd could be Beagle as she noted the aviation theme in the character’s VT.
Fans thought Top Gear Host Flintoff could be Beagle[/caption]
Former cricketer and Top Gear Freddie Flintoff was suggested by newcomer Oti.
Jamie Redknapp’s name was thrown into the ring following the glaring football clues.
The nod to potentially famous family links could also be a match with Jamie’s dad being football manager and I’m A Celebrity star Harry Redknapp.
